ICP Miami distributes heavy equipment parts across the Americas from three locations: their Miami headquarters at 5960 NW 99 Ave #9, a Panama logistics hub, and a Latin America regional office. Each site had grown its own network independently — different ISPs, different firewall vendors, and no unified visibility. VPN tunnels between sites were manually configured, fragile, and frequently dropped during business hours.
The operations team was losing hours each week to connectivity issues. Latency on inter-office video calls was unpredictable, and the IT team had no single pane of glass to see what was happening across all three sites. When a link went down in Panama, Miami didn't know until someone called.
Infinity Network Support designed and deployed a Cisco Meraki MX SD-WAN fabric across all three ICP Miami locations. Each site received a Meraki MX appliance sized for its traffic profile. Meraki Auto VPN automatically established encrypted tunnels between all sites — no manual configuration, no pre-shared key management, no drift.
INS configured SD-WAN policies to route business-critical traffic (ERP, VoIP, video conferencing) over the primary MPLS/fiber link and automatically fail over to secondary broadband within seconds of a link degradation event. QoS policies prioritized voice and video traffic at the application layer, eliminating the choppy calls that had plagued cross-border meetings.
Meraki's built-in IDS/IPS engine was enabled across all three sites, with INS tuning the signature set to ICP Miami's traffic profile. The INS NOC monitors all three sites 24/7 from a single Meraki dashboard — any link degradation, security event, or device anomaly triggers an alert and an immediate response.
99.9% Uptime
Automatic failover and dual-ISP configurations at each site eliminated the recurring outages that had disrupted operations.
Zero Manual VPN Work
Meraki Auto VPN replaced all manually configured tunnels. New sites can be provisioned in under an hour.
IDS/IPS Across All Sites
Unified threat detection replaced the patchwork of legacy firewalls, giving the INS NOC a single security view.
QoS-Guaranteed Voice & Video
Inter-office calls are now clear and consistent — QoS policies ensure voice and video always get priority bandwidth.
